    We researched the landscape of Chicago-area family-run foundations to understand how to differentiate and improve upon the client’s already established and trusted reputation.

    PRESSURE POINTS
    To clearly convey the foundation’s two distinct offerings: charitable donations and higher education scholarships. Our focus was to improve control over messaging, particularly around application deadlines, to ensure timely and transparent communication for all applicants.

    DESIGNED TO SHINE
    The result is a playful, approachable brand that draws on classic schoolhouse motifs, including handwritten type, notebook-style doodles, and a primary color palette. The website introduces a flexible system where deadline countdowns and application CTAs can be revealed or hidden, allowing the brand to adapt throughout the year as application windows open and close.
